The traditional practice of Ayurveda is used to treat the cause as opposed to the symptom. It is therefore thought to be more preventative in nature than many other forms of medicine. Ayurveda has many dietary and food combining suggestions to help maximize the agni, or digestive fire. Learning about your constitution (dosha) and state of balance will help you determine which dietary choices are right for you. I can help guide you in discovering more about Ayurveda and help you learn more about Ayurvedic herbs, as well as which method of taking herbs is right for you.

Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being. Mindfulness meditation isn’t about allowing your thoughts to wander. But it isn’t about trying to empty your mind, either. It is a practice that you do daily, not something that is to be perfected. Instead, the practice involves paying close attention to the present moment — especially our own thoughts, emotions and sensations — whatever it is that’s happening.
Through guided meditations, you can wipe away the day's stress and give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health.
